**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and their members
* Setting appointments and conducting presentations to promote our benefits
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and administrative tasks
* Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure high standards of service
* Developing leadership skills through training and mentorship programs
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

* Set appointments and schedule meetings with clients and their members
* Complete paperwork and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
* Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high standards of service
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their members
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with clients and their members
* Strong customer relations and communication skills to build trust and rapport
* An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive results
* The ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels
* Good customer relations skills to maintain strong relationships with clients and their members
* Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
* The ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
* A team player mentality to collaborate with colleagues and achieve team goals
* Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
