Responsibilities As a temporary daytime customer service representative, you'll be responsible for: * Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner * Following established communication scripts to handle various customer inquiries and concerns * Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives * Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls * Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when applicable * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times * Providing exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience (a plus if you have call center or office background experience) * Basic computer skills and the ability to learn quickly * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening * The ability to type 20-25 words per minute accurately * A background check that meets state and federal laws * A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (BYOD policy applies) Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to remain positive and professional in high-pressure situations Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
