As a Telehealth Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in receiving and processing calls from patients and their families. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and process calls from patients and their families, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians as needed
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients feel heard, understood, and supported
* Navigate complex situations, including calls from patients who are in a heightened emotional state
* Work collaboratively with clinicians to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
* Enhance your customer care skills through ongoing training and development opportunities

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
* Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
* Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
* Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare industry
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
