We are a fast-paced and innovative organization that values collaboration, empathy, and exceptional customer service. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the general coordination and handling of new and reorder specialty medication requests. This includes verifying and updating benefits, assisting patients with deciphering and entering new or reordered medications into our pharmacy data system, collecting and processing copay amounts, obtaining approvals, and working with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and approve orders with sales or clinical issues.
