**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling high amounts of incoming calls and emails from customers
* Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and resolve issues
* Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
* Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools
* Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Establishing and building relationships with our customers
* Going the extra mile to engage customers and drive results
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
* Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
* Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
* Strong attention to detail
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work nights and some weekends (4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 3pm-11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays)
