**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Promote arenaflex's products and services, including our online antique auction shipping segment
* Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's services and promotions
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
* Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in retail or customer service preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, often hectic retail environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Bi-lingual skills a plus, but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working at a UPS Store or similar retail environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including our online antique auction shipping segment
* Experience with customer service software and technology
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
