**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing and responding to all incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
* Manual entry and maintenance of orders and return authorizations with a high degree of accuracy
* Researching requests/inquiries concerning availability of parts, order status, and return status
* Directing questions to the proper person/department, ensuring that every customer inquiry is resolved efficiently
* Completing general office duties, including filing, faxing, and copying, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment
* Providing support to all Reseller Accounts, Consumers, Tech, and Field Sales teams as required, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and concerns
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1 to 3 years of customer service or related experience with direct customer contact via telephone, Call Center experience preferred
* Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, with a strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Knowledge of Infor/Syteline, with experience in a similar system
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
