**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* Selling top fitness products and services to our customers, while making recommendations and introducing them to our VIP Family perks
* Resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, turning customers into raving fans
* Meeting sales goals and earning bonuses when you hit your targets
* Working flexible hours, including days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
* Remote or work-from-home experience (a plus)
