With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for excellence, we strive to be the go-to insurance partner for those who value reliability, expertise, and personalized service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and interested third parties, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Processing policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all customer interactions. * Reviewing and maintaining new and revised procedures regarding policy information, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures. * Maintaining department standards for number of calls, average handle time, and time management, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency. * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support. * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying current on industry trends and best practices. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred. * At least one year of office experience, preferably in a customer service or telecommunications environment. * Life and Health insurance background and knowledge of insurance operations desired. * Excellent communication, both written and oral, and organization skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. * Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze situations and make logical conclusions. * Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and with tact and professionalism. * Regular and predictable attendance required. * Must be able to type at least 30WPM. * Pay differential available for Bilingual employees (Eng/Span). * Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift. * Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying. **Physical Requirements** This role requires: * Heavy phone and PC usage, sitting for extended periods of time, and frequently reaching above shoulder level. * Fast-paced environment with high levels of productivity and efficiency required. * Ability to work 40-hour workweek. **Additional Requirements** To ensure a safe and productive work environment, you will be required to: * Have a home office/room or quiet and designated space to work in as a remote worker. * Have a fire extinguisher in your home. * Have a smartphone and high-speed internet (20mbps upload) before starting work.
