Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to provide you and your family with additional protection, security, and support for both your career and your life away from work. **Perks of this Role** * **Fully Remote Position**: Work from the comfort of your own home with rotational shifts available for EST, CT, or PST. * **Full Benefits**: Enjoy comprehensive health plans, paid time off, retirement savings, corporate wellness, educational assistance, corporate discounts, and more, effective the first month following your hire date. * **Paid Time Off**: Enjoy a great work-life balance with paid time off for relaxation and rejuvenation. * **401k with Match**: Contribute to your retirement savings with a 401k plan that includes a company match with no vesting period. * **Career Advancement Opportunities**: Join a rapidly growing organization with roles all over the US and opportunities to advance your career. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * **Providing Customer Service Support**: Interacting with beneficiaries and providers via the helpline, creating, formatting, and proofreading letters, and maintaining timeliness. * **Decision Making**: Making decisions regarding complex appeals, requiring a great deal of judgment and critical thinking. * **Communication**: Communicating verbally and in writing with external customers to furnish and request review information. * **Relationship Building**: Fostering effective working relationships between arenaflex's internal and external customers. * **Process Improvement**: Assisting with and participating in Review Team in identifying areas for potential improvement, as noted on case reviews and process. * **Data Entry**: Entering referrals into the CMS system and maintaining accurate records. * **Quality Control**: Utilizing internal quality control tools to assess individual work and team processes. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with post-high school business courses a plus. * **Medical Terminology**: Medical terminology is desired, but not required. * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills, a courteous and patient demeanor, and the ability to maintain composure under potentially stressful situations. * **Customer Focus**: A customer-focused, results-oriented approach, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. * **Technical Skills**: General knowledge of a PC-based computer system, with the ability to learn additional software packages as needed. * **Organizational Skills**: Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize assignments. **Experience** We're looking for candidates with: * **Two to Three Years of Clerical Experience**: Two to three years of clerical experience, including word processing, various filing systems, and telephone customer service responsibilities. * **Healthcare Experience**: Prior work in a healthcare setting or medical terminology is recommended, with previous data entry or other clerical experience a plus. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
