Personalized Experience: Deliver a personalized and positive experience for each customer you assist. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required; higher education or related certifications are a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
