**Job Description**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and developing a deep understanding of our products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving issues

* Develop a strong understanding of internal and external proprietary software, troubleshooting common issues with customers

**Qualifications**
* Must reside in the United States
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must pass a background check
* Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for insurance or financial services
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
* Proactive and able to prioritize work effectively
* Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
