We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of customer care professionals. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
* Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and driving sales growth
* Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience for our customers
* Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customers' needs
* Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
* A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
* 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet, secured workspace
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
* Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
* Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
* Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
