**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to resolve their travel-related queries and concerns
* Prepare and issue tickets, determine fares, and provide travel information to ensure clients' needs are met
* Collaborate with clients in a courteous and helpful manner to create a positive experience and build loyalty
* Work effectively with colleagues to resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction
