As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, verifying customer information, and filtering out small home improvement jobs to ensure our partners are investing their time in the right channels. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to: * Make continuous outbound calls to customers to verify their information and filter out small home improvement jobs * Use an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer inquiries * Document and update customer records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information * Warm handoff consumers to our partners, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent customer experience * Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer experiences * Ability to prioritize and multitask, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously * Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work with little supervision, taking initiative to resolve customer issues and improve processes * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively **Equipment & Tech Specs** To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * Headset with built-in mic * External mouse (no track-pads) * CPU: i5+ or higher * RAM: 8 GB+ or higher * Storage: HDD (128GB) or SSD (128GB) * Screen Resolution: 1366 x 768 (HD) or better * Number of USB Ports: 2 or more (recommended: 3+) * Operating System: Windows 10+ (no Chromebooks or Macs) * Ethernet Port (hardwired internet) * Internet Specs: 50mbps down / 5mbps up **Shifts Available** We offer two flexible shift options to accommodate your needs: * Part-time: 28 hours per week + Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4pm - 9pm + Saturday: 9am - 5pm * Full-time: 40 hours per week + Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm - 8pm + Saturday: 9am - 5pm **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.
