As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming phone calls and emails, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues * Communicating internally with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless customer service * Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions as needed * Troubleshooting common issues with customers using internal and external proprietary software * Assisting colleagues and managers with various tasks as needed **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing product and service information and resolving technical issues * Communicate internally with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless customer service * Document and update customer records based on interactions as needed * Understand internal and external proprietary software and troubleshoot common issues with customers * Internally assist colleagues and managers with various other tasks that may arise **Key Qualifications** * Must reside in the United States * Good verbal and written communication skills * Must pass a background check * Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for insurance or financial services * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email * Proactive and able to prioritize work * Ability to build rapport with clients with superior customer service skills * Must have the minimum equipment requirements **Minimum Equipment Requirements** * Hard drive: 20 GB or more of available space, 60 GB or more of total space * Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 (Mac is also acceptable with a minimum i5) * Internet Connection: Hard-wired connection (No wireless) Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload **Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.
