**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' patients, scheduling appointments, and resolving any issues that may arise. **Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' patients via phone, email, or chat
* Schedule healthcare appointments with clients' patients in a timely and efficient manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards
**Requirements**
* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* Ability to type 40 words per minute or more
* Ability to sit for extended periods of time in a chair
* High-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum download speed of 10 MB and upload speed of 2 MB
* Dedicated home office space with a door that can be closed and locked
* Personal desktop computer running Windows 10 or higher with 8 GB of RAM (Windows 11 must have a Core i3 processor or better; Windows 10 must have a Dual Core Processor 2.0 GHz or better)
* 19" flat panel monitor (minimum) with multiple displays recommended and preferred
* Webcam for training, compliance, and collaboration purposes
* Wired networking connection (wireless is not permitted)
* Approved arenaflex USB headset for VOIP (Plantronics, Logitech, Jabra, Sennheiser, Surf Onn, Discover, and Microsoft LifeChat Series)
* Modern mobile phone (iOS or Android) with iOS 15 or greater or Android OS 11 or greater (Apple or Samsung brand preferred)
