As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our operation. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Receiving and processing customer orders by telephone or fax, ensuring all customer requests are handled in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner. * Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers, resolving routine and complex problems, and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary. * Answering incoming customer service orders as soon as possible, displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers. * Documenting activity to arenaflex's system, displaying the ability to enter orders manually via our fax process, and operating the phone system effectively. * Adhering to work schedules, performing other duties as assigned, and demonstrating the ability to work independently and as a team. * Cross-training in other positions within the department, as needed, and performing these functions when required. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent. * Ability to work independently and as a team, demonstrating the ability to perform different tasks they have been trained for in the call center. * Computer knowledge, strong customer service skills, solid communication skills (including verbal, written, and listening skills), and solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Good organizational skills, the ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks, and a professional demeanor. * Ability to type 35-40 words per minute. * Flexible and adaptable to change, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company. * Medical terminology/experience preferred but not required. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment. * Experience working in the healthcare or Long Term Care industry. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. * Certification in customer service or a related field. **Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive wage and robust benefit package to full-time employees, including: * Two weeks of vacation time. * Health Insurance after 30 days. * Sick time. * 6 paid holidays. * Medical insurance allowance, giving you the freedom to customize your plan to fit your needs. * Dental insurance. * Vision insurance. * Disability insurance. * Company-paid life insurance. * 401(k) plan. **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our operation.
