Job Summary As a remote Cargo Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo services, interacting directly with customers via phone and in-person. This is a full-time, section-level customer service position that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their cargo is transported on time, safely, and securely. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo transportation, including coordinating with flight operations, logistics, and other departments. * Work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening shifts, to accommodate our customers' needs. * Meet or exceed performance targets, including productivity and quality standards. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
