As a remote customer service representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards. * Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments when applicable. * Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of assigned clients. * Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders. * Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases. * Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you have: * A High School Diploma or Equivalent * Typically no relevant experience required (training will be provided) **Desired Skills and Capabilities** * Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks. * Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes. * Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making. * Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments. * Works under close supervision. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
