As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Call Center, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their student loan accounts
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner
* Utilizing our proprietary software to access customer information and resolve issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of customer service experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a call center environment

* Minimum 40-45 WPM typing speed
* Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps
* Ability to obtain a Public Trust 5C Background Investigation after hire
