As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals. You will be responsible for creating simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.
