What You'll Do: Make a Difference Every Single Day
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our pharmacy division, serving as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their pet medication needs. Core Responsibilities:
- Direct Customer Engagement: Interact with pharmacy customers through inbound telephone calls, live chat, email correspondence, and other communication platforms. You'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice that customers rely on for answers, guidance, and reassurance.
- Complex Problem Resolution: Research, analyze, and troubleshoot a wide variety of customer inquiries and concerns. You'll employ critical thinking skills to determine the most appropriate solutions while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards that govern pharmaceutical services.
- Follow-Through Excellence: Ensure every issue is fully resolved by following up with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and documenting all interactions in our customer relationship management system. No customer leaves unresolved.
- Pharmacy Support Services: Assist customers with prescription transfers, medication inquiries, dosage questions, refill requests, insurance processing, and coordination with veterinarians when necessary.
