As a Customer Service Representative – Pharmacy Data Entry & Patient Enrollment Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an essential part of our pharmacy operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing patient information, handling prescription data entry, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, pharmacists, and healthcare providers. You will be working directly with our pharmacy systems to obtain patient and medication information, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations including HIPAA guidelines.
