Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) business unit. This full-time position offers a unique blend of customer service excellence and healthcare industry knowledge. You'll be the voice of arenaflex to millions of plan members, helping them navigate the complexities of their prescription insurance and medication coverage.

We understand that navigating health care can be overwhelming for many people. That's where you come in. Through your excellent communication skills and genuine desire to help, you will simplify the healthcare experience for our members. You'll answer questions about prescription insurance, explain medication coverage details, guide members through mail order prescription processes, and offer solutions that make managing their health simpler and more affordable.

This position offers flexibility for those who qualify, including potential work-from-home arrangements after successfully completing our comprehensive training program. Schedule & Work-Life Balance

This is a full-time position with varying schedules. Days off and hours may vary based on business needs, and scheduled start times will rotate to support our 24/7 operations. Our site hours are 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM local time, providing coverage for our members throughout the day.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this position is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour. The actual base pay offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
