As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, while making a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Why You'll Love This Job** * Work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life. * Be part of a dynamic and innovative team, where no two days are ever the same. * Develop your skills and expertise in customer service, with opportunities for career growth and advancement. * Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and more. * Be part of a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative on our Payments and Digital Strategy team, you will be responsible for: * Completing data access and balancing tasks, including coordinating with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions. * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing. * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws. * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams. * Reviewing, examining, and approving remote deposit, mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products. * Logging, studying, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns. * Processing stop pays and check batching. * Completing daily balancing and department closing. * Obtaining information from members for timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests. * Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget transfer information. * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers. * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws. * Depositing check returns, studying member back exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers. * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or equivalent. * Intermediate Excel and Word experience. * Previous customer/member service experience. * Previous banking or credit union experience. * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience. * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs. * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills. * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team. * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data. * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure. * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department. * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members. * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision. * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail. * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits. * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance. **What You'll Get** As a member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel perks: Ready to explore the world?
