**Position Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Overnight (Work From Home), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support during overnight hours. Your primary duties will include:
* Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing empathetic support and guidance to customers, addressing their concerns and needs
* Resolving complex issues and escalating them to senior representatives or managers as needed
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* 6 months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in a timely manner
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate them as needed
* Familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions, preferably in a health care setting
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight hours, and be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 6 months of experience handling and resolving high-volume, complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
