**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and promote our products and services to current and potential customers.
* Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
* Using multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions accurately, including cash handling.
* Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution, and maintaining a safe, organized, and clean environment.
* Performing other duties as instructed by management, and working flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred.
* Strong verbal communication and ability to drive sales, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
* Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
* English fluency is required, and English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
**Physical Requirements:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will need to be able to:
* Sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and lift 15 lbs.
* Work in restrictive spaces and keep concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels.
