**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and build relationships
* Handling inbound customer service inquiries and problems in a professional and courteous manner
* Identifying customer needs and routing them to the appropriate department to ensure timely resolution
* Working in a blended call center environment, making outbound calls and taking inbound calls to meet customer needs
* Supporting sales campaigns related to corporate needs, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Accurately documenting all call information in our system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Proficiency in outbound calling techniques, including cold calling and telemarketing
* Experience with outbound dialing, upselling, telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling, or phone sales is a plus
* Mortgage, banking, or financial industry experience is a plus
* Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
