**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Fresno, CA location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and communicating with clients in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner. This is an onsite position only, with no remote work options available.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner
* Transfer calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers
* Maintain an above-average attendance record
* Follow established standard operating procedures
* Work additional shifts as needed
* Collaborate with medical staff, veterans, and elderly clients to provide exceptional customer service
* Utilize Microsoft Office to manage customer interactions and data
**Qualifications and Requirements**
* High school diploma required
* Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
* Ability to work without direct supervision
* Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
* Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized
* Ability to work well with medical staff, veterans, and elderly clients
* Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience working in a medical facility or with veterans
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
