Our mission is to help well-known brands improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries. **What You Will Do in This Role** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will: * Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer. * Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking. * Resolve overdue bills, collect payments from the party responsible for the debt and address client queries regarding delinquent accounts and help to develop repayment plans. * Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services. * Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required. * Be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database. * Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes. * Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator. **Your Qualifications** Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
