**Experienced Customer Service Representative – National Remote Opportunity**

As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional service to our customers, responding to incoming calls, asking relevant questions, and documenting required information in our computer systems. You'll also have the opportunity to make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and provide support during peak seasons. **Responsibilities** * Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits * Ask appropriate questions and listen actively while documenting required information in computer systems * Occasionally make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED * 1 year of customer service experience, including providing service over the phone * Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel * Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance * Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST from Sunday - Saturday * Occasional overtime, including a 6th day and one (1) weekend day shift, may be required during peak seasons **Preferred Qualifications** * Call Center experience * Experience with a virtual learning environment * Experience with a virtual working environment * Experience in working with digital platforms and systems (Web, Chat, Email) * Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design) **Telecommuting Requirements** * Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service * Must be able to connect directly into the internet via hard wire (either directly to modem or router) **Soft Skills** * Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment * Anticipate taking a minimum of 50 calls daily * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Physical and Work Environment** * Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, long periods working at a computer * Must be able to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.00 - $28.27 per hour, based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Incentive and recognition programs * Equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** arenaflex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law. **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a meaningful impact on people's lives, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
