**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support to our merchants, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with our Merchant Services team to identify and implement process improvements, driving business growth and increasing customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our merchants, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations
* Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating issues to senior team members as needed
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
