We believe that how we deliver our services is just as important as what we deliver, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team and help us make a difference. **Job Summary** As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers, answering a wide range of inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be working from home, with the flexibility to work independently and manage your time effectively. We're looking for someone who is self-sufficient, has strong customer service skills, and is able to communicate effectively with members and providers. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming member and provider calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc. * Provide accurate and timely information to members and providers, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed * Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information * Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve processes * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Medicaid and Medicare policies and procedures **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent GED * Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations * Ability to work from home and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision * High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable * Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals * Must be able to commute to the office in Linthicum, MD when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working remotely in a call center setting * Experience with Medicaid and Medicare * Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
