Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or logistics, with a strong track record of providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
