As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to resolve their issues and provide them with a seamless experience. This role requires you to handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, document and update customer records based on interactions, develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, and assist with troubleshooting and technical support.
