As a Customer Service Representative 3 at arenaflex SoLé Mia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring positive patient experiences from the very first interaction. You will receive, review, and address a wide variety of inquiries, including complaints, requests for information, service requests, and follow-up on patient concerns.
