As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing answers, conducting additional research, and triaging with other departments as needed * Make outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails, and participate in call campaigns * Provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently * Work with cross-functional teams to ensure value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends * Serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role **Minimum Requirements** * Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field * Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Proficiency in using internal systems and technology to resolve customer issues **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare-related industry or with a similar customer base * Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures * Familiarity with contract management, payment research, and reimbursement issues * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in using internal systems and technology to resolve customer issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
