As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, responding to enrollment service calls, and facilitating their selection of appropriate health plans. If you're a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding promptly to enrollment service calls, providing accurate information, mailing requested materials, and escalating issues as needed. * Educating clients on managed care principles and helping them navigate health plan options. * Assessing clients' healthcare needs and facilitating their selection of appropriate health plans. * Assisting clients with the enrollment and disenrollment processes for health plans. * Receiving, sorting, and reviewing enrollment/disenrollment forms for accuracy and completeness. * Processing enrollment/disenrollment forms efficiently and sending necessary correspondence to clients. * Collaborating with the Central Operations Supervisor to address client concerns and escalate issues as required. * Providing managed care education and enrollment services during peak call volumes. * Supporting mailroom functions when necessary. * Availability to work on Saturdays as part of the regular schedule. * Adhering to performance criteria and standards set by Call Center management. **General Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: * Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach. * Proficient computer skills, including typing (minimum 35 WPM) and familiarity with dual-screen systems. * Reliable attendance with punctuality during scheduled shifts. * A positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and willingness to support colleagues. * Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred. **Education and Experience** While a college degree is preferred, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
