Job Description As a customer service representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, connecting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries, concerns, and questions, providing resolution and escalating matters to relevant departments when necessary. You'll collaborate with arenaflex vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize customer service.
