You'll work with popular e-commerce brands that align with your interests, using your excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and provide a positive experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle customer service tickets for our clients across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone * Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Work with client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we'll provide training for (Experience preferred but not required) * Perform basic administrative tasks as required by our clients * Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions * Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **What We Look For:** * **Excellent English**: We require native English speakers with excellent writing and communication skills. You'll be tested on your writing samples, and we may share them with our clients. * **Customer-facing experience**: While not required, experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
