**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with our domestic and international customers, supporting them with ticketing, baggage, and travel-related issues, while providing a friendly, professional, and confident service experience. **Qualifications:**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Minimum of 18 years old
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
* Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
