**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our guests through inbound calls. **Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound calls, ensuring guests feel welcome and supported throughout their journey
* Utilize probing question skills to understand guests' needs and preferences
* Provide solutions that meet or exceed guests' expectations, driving loyalty and retention
* Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to guests
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, ensuring accurate and informed responses to guests' inquiries
