**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering exceptional experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service through efficiency and quality, every time
* Provide guidance and best practices to clients via multi-channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
* Utilize your interpersonal skills to achieve excellent customer satisfaction results, keeping our clients front and center as our north star
* Assist clients with questions relating to product usability, including proactively identifying customer needs through problem recognition, de-escalation, and providing first contact resolution
* Accurately document customer interactions using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
* Be a specialist on arenaflex's product, features, and functionality to confidently promote the benefits of being an arenaflex user
* Team player – be excited to openly communicate with all clients (internal and external) and be able to adapt quickly to changes
**Who We're Looking For**
* At least one year of experience in a customer service or communications role
* Consistent track record of working independently to complete a high volume of customer cases
* Proficient use of web-based products, MS Office, and Client (or a similar CRM system)
* Basic Real Estate knowledge is preferred but not required
* You're hard-working, motivated, enthusiastic, and honest, with the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
* Self-starter with an intimate knowledge of our systems, including features on the consumer-facing side and back-end
