As a 1099 Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the freedom to work on your own schedule, choose your own projects, and enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere. **Key Responsibilities** As an arenaflex CSR, you'll be responsible for: • Providing exceptional customer service to clients' callers, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner • Utilizing scripting provided by our clients to ensure accurate and consistent communication • Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic phone presence, with attention to intonation, diction, and inflection • Working independently to complete online certification and training programs • Meeting performance metrics and incentives, with opportunities for uncapped earning potential • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support **Essential Qualifications** To succeed as an arenaflex CSR, you'll need: • A minimum of 3 months of customer service experience, preferably in a telephone-based or call center environment • The ability to type 40 wpm or higher with an emphasis on accuracy • Moderate proficiency in computer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting • A pleasant, enthusiastic phone presence with attention to intonation, diction, and inflection • The ability to read scripting provided by our clients verbatim • Previous experience working in a remote atmosphere is preferred but not required • The ability to successfully clear a criminal background check **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: • Previous experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or telephone-based environment • Experience with online certification and training programs • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Computer and Internet Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and support, you'll need: • A Windows-based PC with Anti-Malware Security Software (Mac/Apple systems are not compatible with arenaflex platforms and programs) • Chromebooks are not acceptable • Minimum 2 GB RAM • CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent) • Resolution of 1,280 x 720 (720p) or greater • Minimum bandwidth requirements of 10Mbps Upload and 25 Mbps Download • Cable, DSL, or FiOS internet connections are acceptable • Chrome is the ONLY acceptable internet browser at this time **Work Environment and Schedule** As an arenaflex CSR, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you meet our minimum requirements. You'll be responsible for creating a dedicated workspace that meets our security and compatibility requirements, including a high-speed internet connection and a landline for business use.
