As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service solutions tailored to each client's needs. Your responsibilities will include making consistent outbound calls, accurately documenting customer interactions, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately enter data and perform typing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work. * Capture and document customer information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies. * Upsell products and services when appropriate, leveraging your sales skills to drive revenue growth. * Set appointments in a business-to-customer format, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. * Maintain a thorough understanding of the products, services, and promotions associated with each campaign, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. **Qualifications** * **Required:** + At least one year of call center experience, including working with an automatic dialer and call scripting.
