**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, and providers through inbound and outbound phone calls. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless experience for our callers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers, providing exceptional customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
* Provide accurate information to the caller, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery.
* Resolve the callers' needs, providing clear and concise next steps and follow-up instructions.
* Follow arenaflex policies and procedures, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends, with the option to work from home once fully trained.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous call center experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to type 35 wpm or greater, with basic computer knowledge and email skills.
* Call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

* Previous healthcare experience, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and industry regulations.
* Basic knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare industry standards.
