**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding our customers' warranties. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class customer service and resolving conflicts in a fast-paced call center environment. Your goal will be to find solutions, not just problems, and to exceed customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Educate customers on their warranty coverage and provide clear explanations of our products and services
• Resolve conflicts and complaints in a fair and empathetic manner, using your emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
• Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including new features and updates
• Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
**Essential Qualifications**
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

• Experience in the automotive industry, including exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices
• Familiarity with labor guides and part pricing
