With a focus on innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, we're looking for talented individuals who share our vision and values. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Placing a high volume of outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments with our automotive partners, providing exceptional customer service, and building relationships. * Assisting customers with inquiries about products and services, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. * Providing individualized customer service of the highest standard, responding to customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by arenaflex, promoting our brand and values. * Maintaining and updating our customer database, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date. * Providing feedback and insight regularly on the effectiveness of policies and processes within the services and contact center department. * Other duties as assigned by management. **Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service, building relationships, and advocating for our partners. * Flexibility of schedule to include evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing workflows and processes. * Adaptability, with a focus on continuous improvement and a willingness to learn and grow. * Availability, with regular check-ins from supervisors and a commitment to open communication. * The ability to comfortably multi-task, listening, talking, and typing simultaneously. * Conducting a high volume of outbound calls with a smile, providing exceptional customer service in every interaction. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills of 25 WPM. * A GREAT team member attitude, with a focus on collaboration, empathy, and understanding. **Physical Demands and Work Environment** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a remote environment, with the following physical demands: * Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. to support training simulations. * Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and well-being. * Ability to hold conversations over the phone for extended periods, with a focus on active listening and empathy. * Ability to work effectively in an open-office environment, with varying noise levels and a focus on collaboration and teamwork. **Benefit Eligibility** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * $15.00 hourly base pay, plus Phone Time bonus, with an average agent earning $17-19 per hour with bonus. * Shift differentials for night and weekend work. * 401K retirement plan. * Comprehensive health plan, including medical, dental, and vision. * Company-paid sick time. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and growth of our employees.
