As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and patients, resolving routine customer requests, and ensuring that our patients receive accurate and timely test results. Your key responsibilities will include: * Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, our clients, and patients to resolve routine customer requests and provide exceptional service * Resolving customer inquiries and issues via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner * Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution * Providing additional customer education and information as needed * Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services * Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions * Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner * Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies * Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance **Schedule:** As a Customer Service Representative - Alerts/Panics, you'll work a standard Monday to Friday schedule (9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST) with alternating Saturdays. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. **Education and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred * Previous experience in a customer service role * Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred * Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond * Must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation * Excellent multitasking abilities required * Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly * Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable **Benefits:** As a regular, full-time or part-time employee working 20 or more hours per week, you'll be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including: * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable * Opportunities for growth, continual development, professional challenge, and the chance to make a real difference **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
